MINUS-8 currently ships to addresses in the USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and all 28 EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)
At this time, MINUS-8 does not ship to Canada but Watches.com, one of our authorized online retailers does. Shop the entire MINUS-8 watch collection here.
All orders are shipped via UPS but unfortunately UPS do not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. When your order is fulfilled and ships MINUS-8 will issue you with a tracking number from which you can track the progress of your shipment.
Orders placed by 12pm PST on a business day ship within 24 hours. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays. Your order will normally be delivered in 4 - 6 working days after you have placed your order. Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.
IMPORT DUTY AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Depending on where you live, you may be required to pay import duty, customs charges or other local taxes. MINUS-8 will act as the importer of record for all US shipment but for our other ship to locations you, the customer, will be considered the importer of record. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. We strongly advise you to check the applicable rates with your local customs authority before placing your order.
It is not a requirement that you have to register to make a purchase on www.minus8watch.com/staging, you can simply proceed through checkout as a guest. We recommend though that you choose to set up an account on minus8watch.com/staging as it will streamline your ordering process in the future and make things like requesting a return more straightforward.
SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments made on the MINUS-8 website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to MINUS-8 employees. MINUS-8 accepts the following payment cards: American Express, Visa and Master Card.
If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the checkout page. The discount will automatically be calculated. If you have a gift voucher please enter in the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount.
After you place an order on minus8watch.com/staging you will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please contact our customer service department at email@example.com/staging.
Prices are quoted in US dollars and Euros. All US dollar prices exclude local sales tax and this will be calculated at checkout based on the ship to location you provide. We are currently legally obliged to collect sales tax in the following US states:
California, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee & Texas.
AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed please contact MINUS-8 customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or amend it due to the immediate processing time in our fulfillment center.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.minus8watch.com/staging you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of the good by you and provided the item is new, unused, and in the original packaging. All return items must be accompanied with a return authorization number, no returned items will be accepted without this accompanying number. To request a return authorization number please contact MINUS-8 Customer Care at email@example.com/staging. We will then inform you of your return authorization number and returns details enabling you to return any items to us.
All returned items should be sent via a trackable carrier, such as UPS, and be insured and require a proof of delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier. Alternatively we will arrange for collection at your cost. You must pay for the cost of shipping an item back to us for return or exchange but if the reason for return is ours e.g. wrong item sent or damaged item we will refund the return carriage cost. We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 30 days. Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.minus8watch.com/staging. If you have purchased your item from one of our retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund based on their return policy.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on the website MINUS-8 reserve the right to refund your order prior to the order being shipped. MINUS-8 reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of the MINUS-8 products are correct. The colors shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colors may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
